The XCHG project is about the design, structure and operations Pocits' asset management services. The XCHG executes pocitcoin transactions on behalf of network members on the DEX via pocits.com and the financial utilities of the Bitshares blockchain. The XCHG provides members with an easy-to-cross bridge between the traditional world of banks and fiat currency and the world of crypto exchanges and currency with no crypto know-how required. The Pocits network allows members swap pocitcoin virtually while the XCHG executes the true blockchain transaction as a service on their behalf via the proven financial applications and utilities of the Bitshares blockchain. Pocitcoin is not required to be a member at pocits.com nor is it required to advertise within the network’s commons. All marketing products can be purchased with traditional cash and select crypto currencies. A member account (wallet) is required to utilize the XCHG services of pocitcs.com. There are six account types: Personal: people Group: multi-signature Corporate: company or organization Merchant: POS retail Enterprise: project grant Depository: vested holdings / term savings

The people within each geographic county or municipal region are allocated a reserve of POCIT assets equal in an amount to one eighth (1/8th) of its regional population (e.g.: 12.5K per 100K population). Reserve assets represent the total balance of advertising time (ad-blocks) available to satisfy advertiser demand within the media hubs of their county network within pocits.com.   The primary function of a county reserve is to satisfy ad-sales while maintaining the value of its holdings in constant equilibrium to the value of its initial 1/8th allotment. Advertising purchased in pocitcoin is received directly into the reserve’s balance whereas purchases fiat and/or other crypto currencies require conversion into POCIT (ad-blocks). Conversion is executed in two ways. First, a reserve may retain any capital in its holdings by burning an equivalent amount of its POCIT thereby deleting them from the circulating supply. Secondly, a county reserve may use its capital to purchase pocitcoin from the XCHG thereby replenishing its ad-block holdings.   The majority of Pocits marketing products will be purchased in cash despite the nominal premium over their prices in pocitcoin. The constant demand for advertising serves as the primary demand for pocitcoin via county reserves. Reserves operators may swap assets to balance and/or profit their portfolio holdings. A reserve’s assets are the property of the collective membership of each county network within pocits.com and are overseen by delegated trustees in conjunction with the Pocits Project team operators as mediated by the policy and governance of its SMARTS. Note that pocits.com sells marketing products to advertisers only, it does not sell tokens directly to members or to buyers on the DEX.

The Enterprise project is about supporting local enterprise initiatives via pocitcoin granted to projects of pocits.com members. At pocits.com, 100% of the advertising revenue earned from your town stays in your town! By simply marketing goods and services within the Pocits network you help to support enterprise in your community via grants to local projects. The lion's share of pocitcoin (80%) is distributed publicly to local communities through project grants. Projects posted by members in the Commons of regional networks and endorsed by the residents qualify for pocitcoin grants. There are three classifications of projects: Private, Community, and Business. Projects can swap their token holdings with Pocits XCHG for other currencies. Members may support a specific project by simply purchasing tokens directly from the project itself.

The initial distribution of pocitcoin extends to local initiatives posted as projects in the public Commons at pocits.com. Sponsored projects are granted pocitcoin in self-directed bitshares accounts to assist in funding project development. Additionally, profits from Pocits' regional networks remain local and granted to the local projects.

SMARTS is a new approach to simplify Terms of Agreement through user controlled settings that educate and inform members at any and every point of engagement within the Pocits network. SMARTS is an acronym for system module agreements, resolutions, terms, and statues. It's interactive member forums allow users to participate in policy processes. In addition to Pocits smart contract system, a person, organization or corporation can independently create their own smarts and tailor network policies agreements with employees and clients or members and contacts and followers too.
